“K-Spray2” exhibition, pan Asia, 2006
Nimbus is a stenciled landscape of bumpy clouds and undulating fuzz done with relief-textured materials. This “bump tenciling”
method uses wood, flock and ceremonial stickers as “spray medium” in gravity-dictated falls rather than directional high intensity spraying. The depth of the image is created not through overlapping paints but by the play of light and shadow created by the unpredictable distribution of fuzzy materials.
